“I gave myself a stretch goal for 2017 of completing the 230km Gran Fondo route in under 10 hours. Realising the enormous task ahead of me, I signed up for Rowe & King’s Dragon Ride Training Weekend where I received some great advice from Matt and Courtney for climbing the long mountains and how to fuel for the event. I left full of confidence and ended up completing the route in less than 9 hours. Well happy – wouldn’t have managed it without the camp.” — James Adams

“I was nervous about doing a Training Camp, but the Rowe & King team catered for all level of riders, with different groups for different ability riders. I had a great weekend and left with a much better idea of how to train for climbing big hills.” — Rachel Lumb

“What a way to spend a weekend, riding a bike in the beautiful Welsh countryside – some breathtaking views and expert cycling advice. Everyone was catered for, from the racing guys up front to the leisure riders like me towards the back. I’ll be back for 2018!” — Adrian Hole
